Cracker Cove is a collection of single-family homes with Key West style architecture built in the late 1980s and early 1990s. These homes range in price from about $300,000-$500,000 and spacious layouts from 1800 to over 2500 ft.². These homes feature a master suite, private sitting area and sun porch, two, three, or four car garage, ample storage space and two-story homes.
Cracker Cove is nestled in amongst beautiful landscape and lush foliage just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, the airport, shopping and restaurants. Residents enjoy 90 holes of championship golf, tennis courts and fitness centers, full-service marina and a private beach Park with shuttle service.
Due to the age of the homes here you may find a variety of styles and conditions. Annual homeowners fees are $2100 a year with quarterly homeowners fees of about $926 which cover lawn maintenance and management of the property. Most homes have a four car garage space so there’s plenty of room for bikers, golfers equipment and boats. This is a carefully maintained and secure community perfect for either a private vacation home or rental which is allowable up to 11 leases per year at a minimum of 30 days each.
