Homes in Bonita Bay

Bonita Bay is located just south of Pelican Bay in Bonita Springs. It’s nestled between U.S. 41 and Estero Bay and provides a collection of single-family homes, attached villas, town homes, condominiums and high-rise units. Bonita Bay is a fully gated community with private access for members and their guests only.

There are currently 135 properties for sale within Bonita Bay and they’re priced between $159,000 and $3,999,000.

At the beginning of the list are two bedroom and two-bath low rise condominiums priced at $159,000. These homes are located at Wild Pines, Sandpiper and Whiskey Point–a few communities within Bonita Bay. And the majority of these condominiums were built between 1985 and 1995.

The median home price for Bonita Bay is currently $650,000. This will buy you a home in Woodlake, Tuckaweye, Esperia South or Bay Harbor. Many of these homes are either attached or detached villas or single-family homes with lake views, covered and screened-in lanais, complete with private pools and a possible Jacuzzi hot tub.

Toward the $700,000-$800,000 price range are either high-rise condominiums at Estancia and Vistas or lots and land for sale at Bay Woods or even single-family homes in communities such as Bermuda Cove and Azure.
