Alyssa says that, “without a doubt, the best technology is what you use. It has to work for you. Technology is simply a tool to enhance your business and your interactions. It cannot replace them, so if you are able to conduct business with your technology, you don’t need to adopt the next big thing.”

If it’s not going to work for you, don’t use it. Buyers and sellers want to know that their agents are on top of the market and the latest digital trends.

We always ask our clients how they prefer to be contacted whether its via email, text, phone call or in person. We want to work with them on their technological level. Many of our newer clients and first-time homebuyers communicate solely by text and email. An actual phone call would be unusual for them. They get everything on the fly, so keeping them in the loop is very easy.
